We have been really busy the last couple of days. Shane took off early the Friday before Memorial day and we went to a baseball game. Saturday we took the girls to the zoo and to the lake for a picnic. They had a blast. We were invited our friends house on Monday for a cookout and the girls make a lot of new friends. Still counting down the days until we close on the house. 21 one days to go........

The girls conned mommy into getting them a pet. We (or I ) decided to go with Betta fish. Mainly because they are $.99 at Walmart so if one dies it can get secretly flushed down the potty and and new one bought without breaking the bank or little hearts. Averie picked a red one for herself and a blue one for Kallie. These Betta are extremely resilient. Kallie thought it was really fun to shake hers until their were bubbles in the cup. The fish lives on!!! Hope everyone is doing well. Love you guys.

The girls met some new friends today at the park. Averie and Hallie are the same age and Kallie and Corrine are the same age. We know their parents from Plainview. They were really excited. We also got to walk through the new house today during the inspection. I LOVE MY NEW HOUSE! If only we could move in early. I will try to post some pictures after we get moved in. Or better yet just come and see for yourself! Our door will alway be open for friends.

It is raining hard here today so the girls are a little bummed. We did get out to go to the YMCA and they got to play with some kids so maybe that will satisfy them until sunnier days appear.

The Big Move!

Well we are officially moved. The first week was a little tough but with my mom and grandmother here it made it much better. Shane and I looked at about thirty houses in two days and found the perfect one. We don't get to move in until June 16th so we are counting down the days.
We absolutely love this town. There is so much to do. We got a membership to the zoo and the YMCA. We also found a great park right by our new house where the girls can play and make alot of friends. Hope everyone is doing good. We love you and miss you all!!!! A. Zant
